Appraisal & Valuation Services includes traditional Real Estate Appraisal assignments from lending institutions as well as private individuals. The non-traditional services include Highest & Best Use Analysis as well detailed Feasibility Studies for different development alternatives.

zuendel residence
A small addition to a contemporary house set in an established neighborhood in Des Moines. Attention was focused on use of & detailing of materials as well as connecting the interior & exterior spaces. The completed project received an AIA Central States Design Award.
